According to Tony Jones' blog at sltrib.com, Wave Ryder has verbally committed to Utah State. Note the spelling on the last name.
Wave Ryder is a 6-2 190lb safety out of Kamehameha in Hawaii.

According to pacificathleticalliance.com Wave runs a 4.57 40, benches 225lbs, and has a 33" verticle.
Tony also noted that Travis Reynolds has not officially joined the USU football team. This is correct.
